A Twenty-Year Journey
Our Story
At SoNapa Grille, we've spent nearly twenty years discovering and sharing exceptional wines from Sonoma County and Napa Valley. Along the way, we built lasting relationships with growers, vineyard owners, and winemakers who shared our passion for excellence.
When the time came to create a wine of our own, we partnered with respected winemaker Doug Hackett to bring that vision to life. The result is JACE Cellars—a collection of handcrafted wines inspired by friendship, hospitality, and a deep respect for the land.
Why Pine Mountain?
Pine Mountain–Cloverdale Peak is one of Sonoma County's most distinctive mountain appellations. Rising between 2,200 and 2,800 feet above sea level, these vineyards benefit from warm sunny days, cool mountain nights, and rugged volcanic soils that produce wines of remarkable concentration, balance, and elegance.
The result is limited-production fruit with exceptional character—wines that reflect the unique personality of the mountain and the craftsmanship behind every bottle of JACE Cellars.

Blackberry, dark cherry, cassis, polished tannins, and a refined mountain-grown finish. Produced from only 240 cases.
2024 White Wine Blend
White flowers, citrus, honey, quince, and ripe apricot with vibrant freshness and elegant texture. Produced from only 84 cases.

Born from a shared passion for exceptional wine, friendship, and the belief that dreams are meant to be pursued, JACE Cellars represents the culmination of years spent building relationships in Sonoma and Napa wine country. Together with acclaimed winemaker Doug Hackett, we set out to create wines that reflect the character of the vineyards, the craftsmanship of the cellar, and the spirit of those bold enough to chase their dreams.
